I enjoyed eating here and the service was nice! I had the pho and it was a very nice lunch. The flavor was lacking a little bit I feel it is because they don't use MSG and use vegetables to make the broth for the pho! Great vegan options too which include tofu and etc.

Went for the first time ever today but left expecting to come back again! Smaller space but did not feel pressured for takeout only, my partner & I were the only ones in on this hot day around 5pm and we enjoyed eating in. Had okay AC, we weren't uncomfortably warm. Warm wooden interior, 1/2 booths & chairs. I was seated facing three pleasant nature art pieces hung up. About 6 tables across the entire place plus some ecyrahigh chair bar seating. Amazing customer service from both people who helped us, friendly and quick. We sat and were given menus immediately, told to take our time then order at the counter. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item but remedied it quickly with the same server and he didn't seem annoyed or charge me for the mistake, about $1.65 difference. The service the entire time from walk-in to walk-out was nothing but pleasant and attentive. We got left alone for the most part as we prefer but we were never left lacking or waiting. shoutout to the cashier in glasses & server w/ the hat. I got offered chili oil and to-go boxes before I could ask. The food came out fairly quickly, "cowabunga pho" (w/ all beef meat) first, and then the combination vermicelli bowl with ground tork (their very tasty tofu "pork"). Both were great! Hot, flavorful, everything that was supposed to be crunchy was, and I loved their ground tork the texture and taste were amazing, tofu can sometimes be bland in meat alternatives but I loved this. The Pho broth was smooth and flavorful, and the veggies on side were fresh & crisp, plenty of it as well. Smaller place but doesn't skimp out at all on the food or full eating in experience. There's a bottle of sriracha & hoisin, along with your choice of utensils (chopsticks, forks, soup spoons, & long spoons), at each table so everything you need is right there. I loved that this place had vegan options for the same price and were just as flavorful & satiating! We got a raspberry vegan bubble tea to go, creamy & strong flavor. what I wanted for a hot day nothing to complain about.

Came upon this spot in Portland, craving Vietnamese. This spot is small, you order and sit down. I throughly enjoyed my food. It was closing time... even though they did not have a kids menu. My son really only likes soup and noddles. We ordered that and he received a big bowl. Service was great. I can't wait to come back!

We had plans for a new Vietnamese soup place but found out - the day of - that they are only open until the soup is gone, and that is around 3 pm...and none of us could get to dinner before 6 pm, so we got lucky and found XinhXinh! 1) The customer service is outstanding! I wanted extra peanut sauce and they gave that to me, free of charge. 2) The food is fantastic! 3) Small place but was big enough for us 8. 4) Clean and easy street parking I ordered the spring rolls and sweet potato fries. Both delicious. I know, I know, I could get sweet potato fries any time - but it's what I was craving. My mistake was not ordering the bowls, like my friends did. Photos attached. A photo is worth a thousand words.
